About our craft
Simple in approach. Complex in execution.
Each initial session begins with an in-depth analysis consisting of postural & functional movement assessments, orthopedic evaluation, functional movement quotients & performance testing as well as a detailed conversation regarding personal goals and expectations of performance programming. We work hand-in-hand with each client’s health & wellness community so that we can empower you to achieve your goals.
Follow-up sessions include a brief re-assessment so that we are constantly tracking your progress. Each session includes manual therapy techniques that are proven to achieve optimal results. Next, we shift our focus towards neurologic and motor control correctives, improving your body’s innate movement patterns and your ability to properly “load and drive” through your joints, decreasing unnecessary ground reaction force and optimizing joint & soft tissue function. Every movement is tailored for each individual needs in relation to daily life or sport-specific biomechanics. Personalized strength & conditioning is added to each program to further address muscle imbalances and facilitate re-integration of desired performance.
